Thank you for sending the braces. The heavy duty pair are excellent. Long enough to be comfortable and the fasteners are superb. For once I can bend down in the garden without the dreaded "twang" of the back fasteners coming adrift!

Can you please send me a further two sets of the heavy duty braces in wine and mid grey. I did appreciate your follow up phone call this afternoon and the excellent personalised service.

Following my telephone conversation with you I can confirm that I received the Donegal tweed overcoat today that you ordered direct from the woollen mill in Ireland. It is quite remarkable considering the dreadful weather that we have been having that it arrived only two days from when the order was placed with you. I am delighted with the coat which following your advice fits me perfectly and the herringbone tweed with the gold lining looks stunning.
