When purchasing goods online you will be passed to our secure online payment processing partner, SagePay. Your credit or debit card details are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. They are processed using SagePay secure systems that are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. We do not store any cardholder data. Depending on which browser you are using, you may see different security features such as a padlock symbol or the address bar turning green. However, regardless of whether you're using Internet Explorer, Firefox or any other browser, you can be confident that our site is safe and secure. Do not email your card details. We take no responsibility for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution. In the event of a refund being made, this will be made to the card on which the original payment was made. You are welcome to purchase by phone or in person if you prefer that to the online shop.

For security reasons, we do not accept orders from countries other than the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and Australia.
